Intuit Coffee x Raoul De Peralta

Last August 16, coffee enthusiasts gathered at Intuit Coffee Store for a special cupping session led by Raoul De Peralta, Licensed Q Arabica & Robusta Grader and Head Roaster of Dew Coffee Roaster. The event offered participants a guided tasting experience featuring the distinct notes, scents, and flavors of Mt. Apo coffee and Intuit Coffee’s PCQC Beans.

 

Guests explored the art of sensory evaluation, learning how to identify acidity, body, and aroma through hands-on sampling. Raoul shared expert insights on Philippine coffee quality and roasting techniques, making the session both educational and engaging.

 

The Php 500 workshop fee included a light snack, and the cozy setup on the Intuit Coffee Store created the perfect atmosphere for conversation and discovery. Attendees left with a deeper appreciation for local coffee and a renewed curiosity for the craft behind every cup.
