Intuit Coffee Store Space Rental

• Coffee Space Rental covers only the use of the space and does not include our Coffee Cart services. Alternatively, the client can choose to book both services.
• The coffee store space rental costs ₱5,200 for a minimum of 4 hours. Additional hours are charged at ₱1,000 per hour.
• A ₱1,000 non-refundable fee is required to secure your booking, deducted from the total cost.
• A 50% deposit is needed to confirm your space rental, with the remaining balance due one day before the event.
• Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance qualify for a partial refund of the deposit, while those made within 7 days are non-refundable.

• The rental space is located in 6 Missouri, Greenhills, San Juan, Manila, available for private events.
• Access to electricity and air conditioning is provided.
• Restroom facilities are available.
• Extra charges may be incurred for cleaning or repairs to return the venue, equipment, or property to its original condition.
