Space rental is available exclusively with the coffee cart service. Alternatively, the client can choose to book both services.
The coffee store space rental costs ₱5,200 for a minimum of 4 hours. Additional hours are charged at ₱1,000 per hour.
A ₱1,000 non-refundable fee is required to secure your booking, deducted from the total cost.
A 50% deposit is needed to confirm your space rental, with the remaining balance due one day before the event.
Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance qualify for a partial refund of the deposit, while those made within 7 days are non-refundable.

The rental space is located in 6 Missouri, Greenhills, San Juan, Manila, available for private events.
Access to electricity and air conditioning is provided.
Restroom facilities are available.
Extra charges may be incurred for cleaning or repairs to return the venue, equipment, or property to its original condition.
For outside food and drinks, there is corkage fee.
