Intuit Coffee Store Space Rental

• Coffee Space Rental covers only the use of the space and does not include our Coffee Cart services. Clients may choose to book both services.
• Space rental costs ₱5,200 for a minimum of 4 hours, with additional hours charged at ₱1,000 per hour.
• Private bookings for a minimum of 15-30 guests are available. For these bookings, 50% of the total rental fee is consumable for food and drinks.
• Corkage fees are waived for outside food and drinks.
• A ₱1,000 non-refundable fee is required to secure your booking, deducted from the total cost.
• Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance qualify for a partial refund of the deposit, while those made within 7 days are non-refundable.

• The rental space is located in 6 Missouri, Greenhills, San Juan, Manila, available for private events.
• Access to electricity and air conditioning is provided.
• Restroom facilities are available.
• Extra charges may be incurred for cleaning or repairs to return the venue, equipment, or property to its original condition.
