Intuit Coffee successfully hosted its Bean There, Brew That! workshop last October 11, 2025, offering participants a fun and beginner-friendly crash course into the world of coffee.

 

The day featured two informative sessions:

• Coffee 101: Where attendees learned about coffee origins, bean differences, and flavor profiles.

• Coffee 102: A hands-on brewing class that taught simple techniques for making great cups at home.

The sessions were expertly led by renowned coffee competitor and instructor, Patricia "Pat" Chan. Attendees benefited immensely from her extensive knowledge, which comes from taking courses like the Arcana Basic Barista and Brewing and the Taste Notes Competitive Brewing Class. Pat also brought the expertise of a seasoned competitor, having achieved impressive results such as being a Quarter Finalist in the Origami Cup 2024, 1st Runner Up in the Intuit Brewer's Cup, and 3rd Place in Summer's Brewer's Cup.

Guests enjoyed a full day of learning, practice, and good vibes, complete with handouts, merchandise, and Intuit Coffee beans.
