Intuit Coffee Public Cupping

 

Last April 7, coffee lovers gathered at Intuit Coffee for a special public cupping event that celebrated the rich flavors and stories behind beans from Mt. Apo, Myanmar, and Thailand.

The event opened with a short film showcasing the journey of Mt. Apo beans—from farm to cup—highlighting the people and passion behind their cultivation. Guests were then invited to a guided cupping session, where they tasted and evaluated 15 distinct coffees, discovering the traditional and progressive processing methods unique to each origin.

As the cupping unfolded, the true flavor profiles of the beans were revealed—offering attendees a deeper understanding of the complexity, terroir, and craftsmanship of ASEAN coffee. With expert insights from producers and roasters, it was a flavorful and enriching experience for all.
