AeroPress Fine 93 °C 14 g 200 ml
Pour Over Medium Fine 93 °C 14 g 200 ml
French Press Coarse 98 °C 14 g  200 ml
Cold Brew Extra Coarse 30 °C 14 g 70 ml

A) Manual Espresso

  1. Begin by heating water to around 200°F (93°C).
  2. Grind your coffee beans to a fine consistency, and measure out the desired amount of grounds. The recommended ratio is 1:2, so for every 1 gram of coffee, use 2 grams of water.
  3. Place the coffee grounds in the portafilter, and tamp them down using a tamper.
  4. Attach the portafilter to the Flair Pro 2 and pull the lever down to begin the brewing process.
  5. As the coffee begins to brew, it will be dispensed into your mug or cup.
  6. Once the desired amount of coffee has been brewed, release the lever and remove the portafilter.

B) AeroPress

  1. Grind your coffee to medium-fine grind.
  2. Heat your water to boiling, set it to 194°F to 203 °F(90°C-95°C).
  3. Pull plunger to separate entirely from chamber
  4. Put filter (paper or metal) in filter cap.
  5. Twist filter cap onto chamber.
  6. Stand chamber on sturdy mug and add 14 g pf coffee. Shake gently to level.
  7. Add 200 g of water on chamber.
  8. Stir gently for 10 seconds. Insert plunger into chamber. Let it sit for 30 seconds.
  9. Apply gentle constant pressure (not too hard). It's normal to feel some resistance. However too much resistance means your coffee grind is probably too fine.
  10. Remove filter cap then push the plunger through until you heat the pop and the coffee grounds pop out.

C) Pour-Over

  1. Boil water and let it cool for about 30 seconds to reach around 194°F to 203 °F(90°C-95°C).
  2. Place the Pour-Over paper filter in the dripper and rinse it with hot water to preheat and eliminate any paper taste. Discard the rinse water.
  3. Weigh and grind coffee beans to a medium-coarse consistency, similar to sea salt.
  4. Place the Pour-Over on the scale and add the ground coffee.
  5. Start the timer and pour hot water in a circular motion to saturate the coffee grounds evenly. Allow the coffee to bloom for 30 seconds.
  6. Begin pouring water slowly in a circular motion, maintaining a consistent flow rate. Pour in small increments, working from the center outward and back.
  7. Continue pouring until you reach your desired coffee-to-water ratio. Aim for a total brew time of 2 to 2.5 minutes.
  8. Once the coffee has fully dripped through the Pour-Over, lift off the dripper and discard the used filter and coffee grounds.
  9. Swirl the brewed coffee in your mug or carafe to mix the flavors.
  10. Taste and savor your coffee, noting its aroma, flavor profile, and characteristics.

D) French Press

  1. Grind your coffee beans. You need a medium coarse sized grind in order to get a full extraction from your coffee.
  2. Pre-Heat your French press with warm water and disregard after.
  3. And your coffee and fill it up with boiling water.
  4. Wait for 4 minutes, give it a stir to allow the grounds to settle.
  5. Anything left on top after this, you want to scrape away and wait for another 3 minutes.
  6. After 3 minutes, all the coffee should sink to the bottom. It’s time to plunge but do it gently and don’t touch any of the grounds settled at the bottom.

    E) Cold Brew

    1. Grind your coffee beans to a coarse consistency, resembling breadcrumbs.
    2. Fill the cold brew machine's water reservoir with cold, filtered water.
    3. Place the coarse coffee grounds in the designated compartment or filter of the cold brew machine.
    4. Adjust the coffee-to-water ratio based on your desired strength.
    5. Activate the brewing process on your cold brew machine. This might involve pressing a button or setting a timer.
    6. Allow the coffee grounds to steep in the cold water for the recommended time, usually between 12 to 24 hours.
    7. Once the steeping is complete, the machine will usually have a built-in filtration system. Some machines have a built-in mesh or paper filter, while others might require you to remove the grounds manually.
    8. Open the cold brew container or dispenser to collect your cold brew concentrate. This concentrated coffee can be diluted with water or milk before serving, depending on your preference.
    9. Pour the cold brew concentrate over ice and add water, milk, or any desired flavorings to create your perfect cup of cold brew coffee.
